mind, controls your life –creed
Real integrity is
doing the right thing knowing that nobodys going to know whether you did
it or not –oprah winfrey
hope is what keeps
us going in life, we hope we will be strong, we hope we will pass a test,
we hope we will make new friends, we hope we will never lose the old,
we hope someone loves us, we hope that love will find us, we hope when
all seems lost, we hope when we are hurt, we hope when we play games,
and we hope when we cry, never lose your hope, never give up when someone
gives up on you, they may still hope as you do
its strange what
just a few days can change
’you closed
your eyes. That was the difference. Sometimes you cannot believe what
you see, you have to believe what you feel. And if you are ever going
to have other people trust you, you must feel that you can trust them,
too -- even when you’re in the dark. Even when you’re falling.

The cracks in the
concrete just remind me that no matter how strong you are, you'll just
fall apart anyway
Dealing with backstabbers,
there was one thing I learned. They're only powerful when you got your
back turned. - Eminem
When you spend your
life worrying about how others feel, you lose track of how you feel
you gotta take some
chances, you gotta risk losing it all, you gotta close your eyes and leap
because it just might be worth the fall
dont base your decisions
on the advice of the people who dont have to deal with the results
dont cry about loss,
God never takes anything away without replacing it
Sometimes you have
to forgive people, just because you want them back in your life
its been a hard week,
chasing down these miles, trying desperately.. to find a reason to smile
-randy rogers
just because you
HAVE one doesn't give you the right to ACT like one..
always take comfort
in knowing that you are independant enough, that you dont need to rely
on anyone else for your own happiness
close your eyes and
you wont see any reasons holding you back -emma bielski
Never ask a man where
he is from; if he's from Texas, he'll tell you, and if he's not - don't
embarass him.
Great people don't
react to situations, they respond
It is the quiet moments,
the moments out of the spotlight, that most defines character -Winston
Churchill
One half of knowing
what you want is knowing what you must give up before you get it. ~Sidney
Howard
Courage is not the
absence of fear, but rather the judgment that something else is more important
then fear. ~Ambrose Redmoon
Life would be infinitely happier if we could only be born at the age of
eighty and gradually approach eighteen.- Mark Twain
Worry more about your character than your reputation. Character is what
you are, reputation is merely what others think you are.
I don't believe that
life is supposed to make you feel good, or to make you feel miserable
either. Life is just supposed to make you feel
life is a series
of pulls back and forth. You want to do one thing, but you are bound to
do something else. Something hurts you, yet you know it shouldn’t.
you take certain things for granted, even when you know you should never
take anything for granted. - tuesdays with morrie
Nothing was mine, except my heart, and my fears. And my growing knowledge
that not every road was going to lead home anymore. -The
Wonder Years
There is nothing about a caterpillar that tells you it's going to be a
butterfly.
" The more things change, the more they stay the same." I'm
not sure who was the first person was who said that, probably Shakespeare
or maybe Sting, but at the moment that sentence that best explains my
tragic flaw--my inability to change. I don't think I'm wrong in this.
The more I get to know other people, the more I realize it's kind of everyone's
flaw. Staying exactly the same for as long as possible … Standing
perfectly still, it feels better somehow. And if you are suffering, at
least the pain is familiar, because if you took that leap of faith, went
outside the box, did something unexpected, who knows what other pain might
be waiting out there; chances are could be even worse. So you maintain
the status quo, choose the road already traveled, and it doesn't seem
that bad--not as far as flaws go--you're not a drug addict, not killing
anyone, except maybe yourself, a little. When we finally do change, I
don't think it happens like an earthquake, or an explosion, or all of
a sudden you're like this different person. I think it's smaller than
that, the kind of thing most people wouldn't even notice unless they look
really really close. Which thank God they never do, but you notice it.
Inside you, that change feels like a world of difference and you hope
that it is, and that this is a person that you get to be forever, that
you'll never have to change again. ~Everwood
